Julie Nusbaum
Julie Nusbaum is President of the Jewish Federation of Greater Rochester. She is a freelance writer and public affairs consultant who, for the past 25 years, has worked for positive social change locally, nationally, and internationally through her nonprofit work in Washington, D.C., Rochester, Israel, and Africa. Julie served as the inaugural chair of the Levine Center to End Hate and is immediate past chair of the Federation’s Jewish Community Relations Council. Prior, Julie was Director of Marketing for World Altering Medicine, an organization that provides free medical care and supplies to resource-poor hospitals in Malawi. Her experience includes writing, advocacy, leadership development, coalition building, and donor management.
